Marmaris town is located at the south-western corner of  Turkey where coastal shoreline provides some of the most beautiful and unspoilt cruising spots in the world. Here you may find many opportunities for day sailing and cruising .  The geographical location of the town is 36° 51'N, 28° 16 'E and Netsel Marina is built right next to the old town. Marmaris is sixty miles , one and half hour drive over pine covered hills to Dalaman International Airport. The Island of Rhodes is only 25 miles away to the south.

Sailing into Marmaris bay , to the left you notice the 16th   century Ottoman castle still guarding the harbour. On your starboard side Netsel Marina lies at the foot of the rising hills of green pine and golden shrubbery. The bay has no underwater  hazards such as sand  banks or rocks so it's extremely safe to approach the marina entrance. Use VHF  channel 6. Our call sign is “Port Marmaris.”  and You will be escorted to your berth by the marina marineros.

There are direct flights to Dalaman Airport  from all major cities of  Europe during most months of the year. If you are not sailing in but have booked a charter boat in Netsel Marina , then please follow the instructions of your chartering  company.
