Recruitment Process

  • Application:  We meticulously review every application you submit to Setur Marinas and evaluate them according to the job postings that match your skills.
  • Evaluation:  During the evaluation phase, professional competency inventories, numerical, verbal, and technical assessment tests, and an English language test are used as supporting elements.
  • Interview:  Both technical and behavioral interviews are conducted with the relevant technical department managers and Human Resources professionals.
  • Offer:  After successfully completing all stages, a reference check is conducted, followed by a salary offer.
  • Orientation:  Those who are hired are included in a 3-month orientation program. During this phase, all steps that will contribute to the onboarding phase are presented to the participant through a digital journey.
